We have 9 automatic presses, in-house film processing, and
we custom mix all our own inks. Our production volume has
placed Studio 1204 in the Impressions Magazine "100 Top
Volume Textile Screen Printers" List every year we have
entered. At present, each machine is producing a capacity
of 2,400 to 3,600 prints per shift, so large orders are not
a problem.

STRETCHING
Studio
1204 stretches one screen at a time to ensure ideal conditions
for a perfect screen. This means our screens have maximum
screen mesh tension on all sides and at the correct angle
to the frame ensuring precise registration and ability to
hold all halftone dots. We use the highest quality screen
mesh fabric for durability and prolonged registration. We
also use one of several screen mesh specifications to best
render your image to the garment color it will be printed
on.
